Secondly – keep it relevant to your website! If you aren’t able to tie your e-zine into what your website is actually promoting, what’s the point of having it there? It will end up just taking up space and accomplishing nothing.

Thirdly – hire a professional writer to compose and edit your e-zine. There’s an old saying in business “Do what you do best and hire the rest” and this is especially true when composing e-zines. Errors in spelling, grammar, punctuation and tedious sentencing will get your e-zine all the wrong kind of attention. People will judge your website/services by what they “see” and if all they notice are errors, it will leave an unpleasant feeling in their mind.
